School Uniform

We strongly recommend wearing the school colours and have a designated uniform supplier called My Clothing. The school colours are widely adhered to by pupils and they are a significant factor in creating the ethos of the school and the feeling of belonging to our school family.

Since Covid, we have changed our uniform slightly to enable physical activity and outdoor learning to be easily integrated into our curriculum which supports current government targets and initiatives linked to School Sport and Wellbeing.

Our uniform is therefore:

  • White polo shirt with / without logo
  • Navy blue sweatshirt / cardigan with / without logo
  • Navy blue / black / grey jogging bottoms / leggings / shorts / skirts
  • Trainers / shoes that are safe and suitable for running in

This enables us to still look smart but be able to be active too.  We can therefore make the most of opportunities provided both inside and outside the classroom.

From the start of Autumn Term 2024-2025, we would like children to bring in PE kit, in a bag, to leave on their peg ready for PE lessons. Children will be getting changed into PE kit, including sensible trainers for the lesson and back into uniform after the PE lesson.

Our PE kit is:

  • Blue shorts / skorts / leggings or jogging bottoms
  • Blue t-shirt with / without logo
  • Blue jumper for colder days

This ensures that we are appropriately dressed and safe to take part in sporting activities. When we take part in sporting days out or competitions against other schools, Harby C of E PE kit will be required.

Please remember to label all your children's clothing with their name so that we can help to reunite lost items.  Thank you.
