Oxford Owl have free ebooks if you would like to offer some alternative reading. If you select the 'Levels' drop down menu and then select 'book band' you will see a range of colours. Although we are not using coloured book bands, most children will be working at a pink or red book band level. If your child is reading confidently you may want to try books from the yellow book band but please be aware that some of these books will use graphemes/digraphs that have not yet been taught. if you come across anything you are not sure of please feel free to email and ask.
