Mission Statement
At Harby C of E Primary we encourage and engage all pupils so they can explore and fulfil their potential in a stimulating, inclusive environment.
Through challenging and varied opportunities pupils will develop the skills, knowledge, independent thinking and understanding to prepare them for life in a diverse and changing world. We embrace our Christian values to allow understanding of tolerance, diversity and responsibility.

Aims
- To continuously engage and consult with pupils, staff, parents and governors to ensure that the school’s strategic plan and vision are clear, understood and embedded.
- All pupils should exceed their expected progress.
- To provide a challenging environment allowing pupils to explore and stretch their potential.
- Pupils should develop spiritually, socially, morally and culturally and develop an understanding of tolerance, diversity, equality and responsibility.
- To allow pupils to develop their ability to engage, enquire, question, discuss with independent thinking.
- To allow all pupils to develop a healthy lifestyle, social responsibility in a safe inclusive environment.
- To provide a comprehensive and varied range of extra-curricular activities to engage and stimulate all pupils.
- To provide sound financial planning and management which enables all pupils to have opportunities to learn through different areas, environments and activities.
